Meeting Overview

This meeting was held to discuss what types of programming will the participants would be doing - online, in-person, or hybrid models as well as ideas for summer displays and creating digital content to highlight resources and services over the summer.

Albany Public Library will be holding a summer reading challenge with READsquared (they will have some prizes offered such as t-shirts and free ice cream cone coupons). They usually have more participation from children than adults.

Both Albany Public and Clifton Park/Halfmoon Public will offer some limited outdoor programming. Albany Public has had good usage of their curbside pickup service, but Clifton Park/ Halfmoon's usage has been lower.

Greenwich Public is making plans to reopen in June and has had to contend with both the pandemic and construction. They are also considering keeping curbside service. They have had past successes with animal-related programs and storytime in the park.

SUNY Cobleskill is currently running all its programming online and will continue to do so for the immediate future.
