Whether you'd like to join 1 or 10 groups to send and receive messages or just receive the occasional update, CDLC can accommodate you! Below is a list of communication channels CDLC supports.

If you are interested in joining any of these groups you can send an email to [group email]+subscribe@cdlc.org. For example to join CDLC-l send an email (from the email account you'd like to subscribe!) to cdlc-l+subscribe@cdlc.org.
CDLC also maintains various closed groups for members of our board, committees, and other working groups. If you contribute to CDLC in this capacity, we will automatically add you to that group email list.
The premier issue of CDLC's Newsletter, distributed in November 1966, was titled "Newsletter No. 1." Like most serials, a name change was inevitable. In 1974 "The Newsletter" became "ReCap, The Newsletter of the Capital District Library Council." In September 2010 (Number 68), the name was changed to "ReCap Online, The Newsletter of the Capital District Library Council." The last issue of ReCap was published in the Fall of 2018 when it was replaced with "From the Director". You can read some of our past issues by visiting our ReCap Archive Page.
