The Historic Dr. Best House & Medical Museum
Presented by CDLC
The Middleburgh Library
in Schoharie County is the proud steward of the The Historic Dr. Best House and Medical Museum
. This house and medical office remains much as the way it looked in the early 20th century. It includes many fascinating items, including a diathermy, hand cranked centrifuge machine, civil war surgical kits, historic photographs and a collection of women's hats.
Director Bobbi Ryan
and Middleburgh Library
Director Terry Pavoldi
invite CDLC members and friends to a special tour on Monday, August 24.
We'll be having lunch at The Green Iguana Bistro
, a new restaurant within walking distance of the Best House, if you'd like to join us.
Please help us plan by registering for this event by Wednesday, August, 19th.
There is no cost for this event although lunch is at your own expense.
As always, if you register and are unable to attend, please contact Susan D'Entremont at firstname.lastname@example.org
