9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
CDLC Offices, 28 Essex Street, Albany
Most of us use Google in our workplace, but we may not be using it to its full capacity. Come join us for a day with Polly Farrington of PA Farrington Associates as we begin to explore all Google has to offer. She will cover Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Maps, Google Scholar, Google Hangouts, how to search more efficiently with Google and more.
If you have any specific Google-related questions or topics you would like covered in this workshop, please submit them to Susan D'Entremont at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 18, 2016 so Polly can research them before the workshop. Of course, as with all PA Farrington workshops, there will also be plenty of time for on-the-spot questions and interacting with the technology.
Registrants should bring a laptop or device to the workshop and have a Google account before the workshop. Polly recommends installing the Chrome browser on your laptop to get the most from the workshop.
