Library staff are constantly asked to analyze and assess the performance of their departments. What questions should you ask? What does the information mean? How do you follow up?
If you're involved in interlibrary loan/resource sharing at your institution or just want to find out more, then join us as we learn how staff in one ILL Department used some common tools to gather information for this task.
This program is open to anyone interested in interlibrary loan or assessment but space is limited.
Please register by Tuesday, April 5th.
Due to a limited number of seats, if you register and are unable to attend, please contact Susan D'Entremont at firstname.lastname@example.org.
