It’s easy to work with those who are easy to get along with. But how do you treat the difficult person, the ones you really don’t understand, can’t relate to, or don’t care about?

Learn strategies to deal with difficult patrons and coworkers and to make conflict productive.
 

 

Presenter Bio: Evelyn Neale is the President of Successful Change Inc. and is currently the Director of the Colonie Town Library. She is a certified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer who has been in leadership for the last 15 years. She has her own practice helping organizations and individuals flourish, prosper and succeed. A lover of change, she knows that how you manage and work through it determines how successful you will be. She supports organizations in making the changes that will improve leadership, strengthen teams, and enhance services. She specializes in working with Millennials, Emerging Leaders and with organizations looking to create an innovative and dynamic multi-generational workforces.
 
Cost: $15 for CDLC Members (includes staff at member libraries and personal members) and $25 Non-members
