We all have the potential to be leaders in our workplaces, whether or not it is part of our official job description. Throughout periods of changes, which is just about all the time for a good organization, leaders need to concentrate on having their people go from change avoidance to change acceptance.
Learn the facets of change what leadership qualities are important to not just get organizations through but to move them forward.
Presenter Bio: Evelyn Neale is the President of Successful Change Inc. and is currently the Director of the Colonie Town Library. She is a certified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer who has been in leadership for the last 15 years. She has her own practice helping organizations and individuals flourish, prosper and succeed. A lover of change, she knows that how you manage and work through it determines how successful you will be. She supports organizations in making the changes that will improve leadership, strengthen teams, and enhance services. She specializes in working with Millennials, Emerging Leaders and with organizations looking to create an innovative and dynamic multi-generational workforces.
Cost: $15 for CDLC Members (includes staff at member libraries and personal members) and $25 Non-members
