This guide contains current and upcoming events of interest to librarians, archivist, library staff, and others in Capital District Region.

OPALS Users Group

OPALS is an open source automated library system, developed by Media Flex, Inc. This Users Group meeting is for both current users of OPALS and those who are considering adopting OPALS.

John Schuster, an OPALS Librarian, Consultant, and Trainer, will be facilitating the meeting. He has experience with all types of libraries and provides training to library staff, including volunteers.

Lunch will be provided, compliments of OPALS.
