Event Cancellation Policy
If an attendee needs to withdraw from a CDLC event, they must inform us via phone or email no later than two days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. CDLC will confirm the receipt of the cancellation within two business days. Cancellation requests made less than two days prior to the start of the event will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of CDLC’s Executive Director. CDLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event for any reason. If CDLC cancels an event, registrants will be notified by email using the email address that was used to register. Paid registrants will be given full refunds.

Inclement Weather Policy
CDLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to inclement weather. If you have registered for an event that is being held, and traveling may be considered hazardous, use your judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend an event because of inclement weather should contact CDLC. Refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.

CDLC coordinates and implements educational programs and professional development opportunities for librarians and library staff throughout the region. We strive to coordinate continuing education programs with those offered by local libraries, state agencies, professional organizations, public and school library systems, other consortia, commercial trainers, and local roundtables and interest groups.
